### Public API (no auth)
- `GET /ip`: Keyless public IP endpoint — returns your IP as plain text. `?format=json` returns `{"ip":"..."}` (same response shape as api.ipify.org, works as a drop-in ipify alternative). CORS enabled, IPv4 + IPv6, unlimited, zero logs.
- `GET /api/ip`: Returns JSON with ip, ipv6, asn, org, city, region, country, countryCode, continent, isEU, lat, lng, postalCode, timezone, httpProtocol, tlsVersion, tlsCipher, rtt, colo, coloCity.

### Developer API (free, API key required)
- `GET /api/v1/ip`: Authenticated IP geolocation API. Returns ip, city, region, country, continent, lat, lng, timezone, postal_code, asn, org, is_eu, currency. Three scope tiers: ip-only, geo, full.
- Auth: `Authorization: Bearer wmf_...` header or `?key=wmf_...` query param.
- Free tier: 10,000 requests/day per key. Burst limit: 300 requests/minute per key (exceeding it auto-pauses the key; resume from the dashboard).
